Grazing is a lovely restaurant in a beautiful setting with spectacular squares and the capital of Wisconsin. My sister and I went there to celebrate my birthday and rest on a difficult day. We sat down soon, ordered aperitifs and then ordered food. Our waiter was rude and spoke very fast so we could understand every tenth word and would not slow down even if we asked him. This seemed to set the tone for dinner. The so-called &quot;cheese&quot; plate consists of a very small cold rock such as a rock, cheese, a small piece of cashmere cheddar cheese and another non-chamber-temperature, three triangular cakes like walnut bread. Our beet salad was followed by tips for some beet, some salad salad mix, a few sesame seeds and lots of raw (not toothy) wax and mung beans. Before we had time to finish the salad, the main course arrived, everything packed on a small table. We protested that we were driven away, they took our main course away and sent it. The result of the evening was that it should be seamless service, delicious food and pleasant evening. It was shocking, unpleasant and expensive to boot. We won&rsquo;t go back again.
